It is interesting that a bit of misfortune often protects from disaster. Perhaps that is so with all misfortune, but I must admit that I cannot always see things that way... but who knows. Concerning the rejection of the modern version of the Oratio Dominica, I can only wonder. However, if the modern version is unfortunate, perhaps it is a misfortune that protects from something even worse. I do not know. It is a matter beyond my wisdom. Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
