On Wednesday 13th October it will be the Feast day of St Edward the Confessor, a very meaningful festival for this nation. I encourage readers to go to Westminster Abbey for Edwardtide (between 11th and 17th). Much as I'd like to I cannot make the Tuesday Evensong, which looks superb, for I shall be working, but I aim to get there on Saturday afternoon, if I can, to venerate the Shrine.
